Prior to becoming an independent trainer Mobeen was associated with ICI Pakistan Ltd now a part of Akzo Nobel Group. Parvez joined Exxon Chemical Pakistan Ltd. at Daharki, in 1977 as Industrial Relations Officer and worked there for six years. He then joined ICI Pakistan Ltd. in early 1983 as Personnel and Administrative Services Manager in its Polyester Business at Sheikhupura and retired in April 2005 as Corporate Industrial Relations Manager at Karachi.

He is currently working as the Employee Relations Specialist at Aga Khan University Hospital since May 2005. He is a much published writer of letters and articles on labour legislation and Industrial Relations in the country’s leading English publications including “Dawn”.

Yousuf Khan has been engaged with numerous prestigious corporate and government organizations as a Soft Skills / Motivational Trainer which includes Pakistan Navy, State Bank of Pakistan. LUMS, TCF, TAQ Logistics, ICMAP etc. Apart from conducting numerous Training Workshops Yousuf Khan has also written academic papers for South Asian Management Forum Conference and LUMS.
