Mobeen Tejani
CEO Headway
Corporate Trainer

Mobeen as a corporate trainer has conducted numerous trainings for organizations like P&G, Axact, Wateen Telecom, PIA, Matco Rice, National Institute of Management, Ministry of Youth Affiars, Szabist, PAF KIET, MAJU, NILAT etc. He has also taught as a visiting faculty member at Textile Institute of Pakistan. He is a qualified trainer from Navitus, a highly reputed learning and development organization. He is a member of Pakistan Society of Training and Development (PSTD) and also a Certified NLP and Silva Method practitioner. Prior to becoming an independent trainer Mobeen was associated with ICI Pakistan Ltd now a part of Akzo Nobel Group. He has over 12 years experience working for this Fortune 500 company with some of the top figures in the Corporate Sector. He has diversified experience in two major Management areas of Supply Chain and Human Resources. Over the years Mobeen has done number of projects including implementation of ISO 9000 and SAP. He has trained number of company employees over the years in Staff Rules, Ethics and Objective Setting. 

Parvez Rahim
Employee Relations Specialist, Agha Khan Hospital
Mr. Parvez Rahim has over 37 years experience in Industrial Relations, mostly in multinational companies. After graduating from the University Law College, Lahore in 1969 he practiced labour cases in the courts at Lahore for about two years. He joined a state enterprise Lahore Engineering & Foundry Ltd in the field of industrial relations in February 1972.

Parvez joined Exxon Chemical Pakistan Ltd. at Daharki, in 1977 as Industrial Relations Officer and worked there for six years. He then joined ICI Pakistan Ltd. in early 1983 as Personnel and Administrative Services Manager in its Polyester Business at Sheikhupura and retired in April 2005 as Corporate Industrial Relations Manager at Karachi.

He is currently working as the Employee Relations Specialist at Aga Khan University Hospital since May 2005. He is a much published writer of letters and articles on labour legislation and Industrial Relations in the country’s leading English publications including “Dawn”.

M. Yousuf Khan
Freelance Trainer
M Yousuf Khan has a charming personality which will grip and engage you in his Training workshops. He is a qualified professional with an MBA from IBA – PIM and M Com from the University of Karachi complementing the above two degrees he is also a Certified Master Trainer from LUMS / McGill University. He is the Deputy Director of well reputed Commecs Institute of Business and Emerging Sciences and a visiting faculty member of prestigious institutions including University of Karachi and IBA. In recognition of his skills and expertise he has been awarded CIBES teacher of the year award twice in 1997 and 2001.

Yousuf Khan has been engaged with numerous prestigious corporate and government organizations as a Soft Skills / Motivational Trainer which includes Pakistan Navy, State Bank of Pakistan. LUMS, TCF, TAQ Logistics, ICMAP etc. Apart from conducting numerous Training Workshops Yousuf Khan has also written academic papers for South Asian Management Forum Conference and LUMS. He has been a regular participant of significant seminars / conferences including SAARC Colloquium and SAARC – AMDISA conferences in Islamabad and Lahore.

Rashida Valika

Ltd., Gujranwala, Independent Media Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (Geo TV), National Commission for Human Development, Sind Institute of Reproductive Medicines, NED University etc.

She has trained many employees in Business English, Communication Skills, Creative writing skills, Interview and Presentation skills, Team leadership, Office Procedures etc. She has done B.A. Honours and M.A. in English Literature and M.A. in Linguistics.

Gul-E-Zehra Abbas is an Assistant Professor of English and has teaching experience of about a decade in different universities which includes Bahria University, Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET), BizTek, Usman Institute of Technology (UIT), Pakistan AirForce Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (KIET), National University of Modern Languages (NUML) at both Bachelors and Tertiary level.

She believes in communicative approach to learning that emphasizes interaction as both the means and the ultimate goal of learning. She wants to bring a positive change in employees by making them learn how to make the best use of their capabilities, she believes in personal and professional growth of herself and others.

Saqib Mansoor
Senior Manager HR - TPS

Saqib is a corporate trainer and HR professional. An exceptionally talented professional, has unique grip over different management areas mainly due to his exposure as a Management System Lead Auditor and Trainer have conducted dozens of audits and trainings, which is just a part of his rich experience with great communication and presentation skills.

Having done his MBA, majoring in MIS and HR, he has worked in various roles for a career spreading over 15 years diversifying in operational, managerial, and technical capacities in various national and multinational companies within Pakistan and abroad in various industries including Shipping, Education, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Trading and Software Development ensures a blend of human and technical knowledge. Nizar Noorali Bhulani

Nizar Noorali Bhulani is currently working as Head of Business Development at Surfactants Chemicals. Before that he was associated with Pakistan’s leading chemical conglomerate, ICI Pakistan Limited, a fortune 500 company, as Product and Business Development Manager.

Nizar is a communication expert, who for the past several years has been conducting communication and presentation skills courses as faculty member at SZABIST. Communication dynamics are his forte, however formally Nizar is a Master in Computer Science from SZABIST and a Master in Business Administration from IBA.

Raza Abbas
